Appreciated to be here, the hotel was clean and simple, the location was perfect and excellent to major tourist sites. The staff were really helpful and flexible the whole time of my stay. The room was beautifully presented, contemporary, with comfortable beds. Staying at the venue was real good, I would come here again.

The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The staff is really helpful. Room is clean.

The location of the apartment is hard to find since it is on a pedestrian road, not a traffic road. We got lost and could not be able to find the apartment. Wish the hotel can provide more clear direction upon booking. Other than this, everything went fine.

Great place for our group trip! We enjoyed the spacious apartment, perfect for our hangouts. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, be ready to figure out the unique window and shutter system on your own.

We had a little trouble with the air conditioning since it was really hot outside, but the staff provided us with a fan, which helped a lot.

Small kitchen, ironing facilities in room, onsite parking.

Suites are advertised as "2 room" and should also say "2 storey". Older people and families with small children might find the narrow stairs to upper room and fact that bathroom is upstairs inconvenient, as we did. But staff obliged us in changing as one of our party could not come. Location only good for shopping center, concert hall and train staion. Far from center of Lyon.

The Beautiful One-Bedroom Apartment was surprisingly spacious for our family with children, offering room to relax. The check-in experience was seamless, even late at night.
